I had been looking for a particular Mustang and they had what I wanted so we drove from Tennessee to Michigan after an easy and fair negotiation process. I recently purchased a new Chevy Equinox at Denooyer. I chose that dealership because they had the exact color I was looking for. But what a nice surprise it was to work with Salesman Tim Rowe! Tim is very kind, knowledgeable, funny and a pleasure to talk to. He isn't pushy. He has texted me since I bought the car to offer help if I ever need it to figure out how something works. All around nice experience!
I bought a Kia they got on trade in. There was an issue with a check engine light during/after the sale and they graciously took care of the issue. They were responsive and helpful throughout the process, providing a loaner car while they had the car repaired. Chris Havlock was there each step of the way and I appreciated his efforts.

Fantastic dealer. While we've never bought a car there, we take all of our Chevy and GM vehicles there for service. They've always been reasonable, honest, and friendly. Offering pick up and drop off service is a very nice perk too. Very happy to have them nearby.

My wife and I were treated very well throughout our whole journey. I would highly recommend if anyone is in the market to buying a used or new vehicle to head to DeNooyer Ford in Vicksburg. I took my car in for an oil change and a few other things and received great service! However, a few days later I noticed that my car was leaking oil. When I brought it to Jeremy's attention, he had me bring the car back in immediately. Quickly, he was able to discover the issue and fixed it at no charge. My car has been running great ever since. Its nice to find a spot that is honest!

Olivia was amazing and worked so hard to help me. She went as far as sending my vehicle home with a technician to try and trigger the codes a second time for the warranty department. When that didn’t work and I contacted GM Warranty, they worked hand in hand to get the situation resolved. First time working with Olivia, but it will not be my last, I have already referred a customer looking for some things to her. I cannot say enough about her or the dealership!!

We bought a used Equinox from them. The salesman was knowledgeable and helpful but told us he would call in a few weeks and see how it was going, that phone call never came. The guy who did the paperwork got angry when we told him we didn’t want to purchase the additional warranty.
